Account Registration

1.2 Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You must keep your account information updated and secure. Sharing your account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Identity Verification: AVMPay may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process to use certain features or increase transaction limits. You agree to provide valid and authentic identification documents as requested.

Digital Payments and Transactions

2.1 Payment Authorization: By initiating a payment through AVMPay, you authorize us to process the transaction on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details, including recipient information and transaction amounts.
2.2 Fees and Currency Exchange: AVMPay may charge fees for certain services, which will be clearly disclosed to you. When converting between different currencies, AVMPay applies exchange rates based on market conditions. 

2.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use AVMPay for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

Intellectual Property Rights

AVMPay and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of AVMPay or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AVMPay's services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute AVMPay's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AVMPay and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of AVMPay's services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

Termination

You may terminate your AVMPay account at any time by contacting our support team. AVMPay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AVMPay operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AVMPay regarding your use of our services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. AVMPay's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
